Cancellations policies vary based on the rate booked online.
- Cancellations policies vary based on the rate booked online. To cancel a reservation made directly with Block Party Hotels please cancel online or call the hotel directly on 302-227-4000. To cancel a reservation made through a third party online travel agent, please refer back to the travel agent.
  - Best Available Fully Flexible Rate: Full payment due 3 days prior to arrival. You may cancel your reservation without penalty up to three days prior to the arrival date. Should you cancel your stay with the window of 3 days prior to your arrival, you will forfeit the room and tax for the duration of your stay.
  - Advance Purchase Non-Refundable: Full payment due at time of booking. Should you cancel your stay at any time, you will incur a penalty of the room and tax for the duration of your stay.
  - CREDIT CARD UPDATES: Should you wish to pay the balance with a different card, please notify the hotel at least 8 business days prior to your arrival. Hotel - 302-227-4000.
  - CASH PAYING: Should you wish to pay cash upon arrival, please note that full payment will be made on the credit card provided at time of booking and can be refunded on receipt of cash. Please note that based on your bank, it may take up to 14 days for those funds to return to your account.
All room rates are based occupancy by room type:
- King Room (2 persons) -
  - One Additional occupant is $15/night + tax, two additional occupantants if $30/night + tax
- Double Room (4 persons) -
  - One Additional occupant is $15/night + tax, two additional occupantants if $30/night + tax
- Deluxe King (3 persons) -
  - One Additional occupant is $15/night + tax, two additional occupantants if $30/night + tax
- Deluxe Double (5 persons) -
  - One Additional occupant is $15/night + tax, two additional occupantants if $30/night + tax
- Efficiency Studio (Atlantic Oceanside Dewey) (2 persons) -
  - One Additional occupant is $15/night + tax, two additional occupantants if $30/night + tax
- King Suite (Beach House Dewey) (4 persons) -
  - One Additional occupant is $15/night + tax, two additional occupantants if $30/night + tax
Early check-in: Guestroom check-in time is 4.00PM. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee an early check-in during peak season (even at an additional cost). However, please call the hotel on your day of arrival and we can try to accommodate you.
Late checkout options: Check-out time is 11:00AM.
- Late checkout options subject to availability, pricing may vary.
  - 6-hour late check-out, through to 5:00PM
  - 3-hour late check-out, through to 2:00PM
Inflatable mattresses available for $15/night.
Pet Fee is $30 per night
Parking is permitted for one car per booking. See FAQ's for additional parking options.
Hotel requires a valid credit card to be on file for the duration of your stay.
Taxes paid on bookings are as follows:
- Delaware Lodging Tax: 8%
- Dewey Beach Lodging Tax: 2.5%
